		<description>That has been what I have heard and read from a lot of Packer fans.  I would be happy with Gruden, he was able to establish success with the mess in Oakland, and he never really had a QB in Tampa.  The Tampa situation has been a problem ever since their owners became too interested in Manchester United, the team has been downhill since.

I think there are some issues with Holmgren.  The people at the top were really upset with the way he mailed it in at the end in GB, I don&#039;t think anybody is left, but people on the Executive Board may still have some hard feelings there.  He also never really proved he could be the GM as most of their success came when he gave up some power.

Here is a scenario I could live with that will never happen.  Homgren gets the title Head of Football Operations, Thompson becomes Director of College Scouting.</description>
